23.09.2021 negotiations final stage

January 2022 license and ML approved

(PMR appoin, CR3 appointment, JORC Done, funding arrange)

May 22 funding received for refurbishment and July refurbishment commenced, told us it will require 6months,
(Negotiations continue and completed and final agreement reached by both parties), recruitment process completed

January 23 Refurbishment completed and final application dropped for approval.

Waiting for final permission to mine, signed settlement agreement and project finance.

If we look at differently than we will see it took some time but we progressed greatly to our dreams. Management knows about delays but decided to work with DPIM because they know the benefits coming will offset all the money we lost and currently losing.
