re: Ann: Signed Term Sheet Advances Latrobe V... no....just the way it was done, if they went into pre-open before market opened, not allowing anyone to touch it, then news, no problem.
but they allowed it to open, thus making the chart with no gap..thats what i am saying, anyway its a small cap, so the standards need to be lowered.
anyway just bailed at 3.4, 4 clicks over afternoon tea....pays for my coffee..haha
still watching it for another opp.
