Well the question is if EMH have locked up millions and millions in grants already and have all these big positives that we all know about - why most of these developments are not being posted in all the marketing and news announcement by EMH?
If everything is going according to plan (let's presume it is) then what is EMH's plan? It sure does not sound like the plan is "Creating Shareholder Wealth" but is to keep the SP subdued by under-reporting on material news and milestones to eventually match CEZ's takeover SP target who will then buy out the remaining 49% of the project 'on the cheap'.
The voting rights majority are with the BOD/KC so the shareholders will just get screwed, I hear something similar happened at NEO and BCN. Who is not to say that this will not be the same scenario all over again?
