Although the SPP was advertised with the allowance for the company to oversubscribe at their discretion, I wonder how many participants would have partaken in the SPP purchasing at 0.30 knowing the stock would be diluted by $29.4 million. Does pose an ethical question of management to allow the oversubscription to such an event.
On another note, hopefully this means no more SPP for a considerable period of time or potentially ever.
Hopefully DRO can use the $50 million in their coffers to grow the company into the juggernaut we want!
