I am not an accountant, but I can see you have just pointed out a few figures from the accounts that, without the rest of the accounts, can mean anything you want them to believe. However, this I do know - if you believe they are trying to decieve shareholders you should report that to the authorities. My guess is that you will NOT do that because you cannot do it!!
