I am an accountant my friend and I'm simply pointing out to you, with the aid of the Company's Financial Statements, how dividends are not just paid out of net profits. They are also diluting capital. This is also completely legal so there would be no point in reporting anything. The only people they are deceiving are those that don't do enough research.
