spot on.
This speaks to disclosure again.
In numerous presentations, NWE management stipulated that LKR3 and LKR4 locations were going to e finalised after the 3D seismic. The fact this document was issued in Jan 2023 and the important changes not highlighted by anyone particularly in the context of the takeover is deplorable conduct by the bored who are meant to be representing shareholders best interests and keeping the market fully informed.
Note how all the drilling is going to be in EP368? This is to suit MINs agenda which is to get a gas plant up and running and not to prove the greater Lockyer resource. They're not in any hurry to o the latter as the longer it takes, the more it suits them as they can smash any valuations citing uncertainty and lack of data. If you look at where these wells are bieng drilled, you will see that half the Lockyer field does not have a hole in it. and it is the half that is 22.75% owned by NWE...how is this fair to minority SH? Why did MIN/NWE play funny buggers with the hole location? Why has the rig been delayed? These are all questions that need to be put to the bored....and the regulator...
