lots of opinions on the CR and oversub
but what the BOD have done is once again eat away at their reputation and trust .
Taking everything when there was no plan in place to use ? Really ? If they achieve expected sales this year , all it will mean in hindsight is they gave away some ownership of the company too cheap .
Traders should be happy , investors not so much
