I tend to agree with you fella. Whilst the US still has its grubby hands in control of "the financial system" (and retains its desperation to continue its control) - they will try everything to keep real assets as low as possible.
However, once the other 80% of the world's population take over (and that is not too far away), real asset valuations will go back to their proper market levels and, importantly, the USD will be akin to a junk bond!
All IMVHO of course.
