Sadly I have tempered my expectations regarding the news we are all waiting for. I think with all the waiting and anticipation we will all ultimately be disappointed initially. I still believe it's a long hold and am confident that at least 1 or 2 of the projects and potential JV will bring the news we are all waiting for. I do see a SP increase eventually but probably not much going to happen for a while. Have to face reality and remain patient.
