Ann: Capital Raising, page-79

I’ve taken a position in this stock today (med/long term hold).

Why I like it:

· Top 78% of shareholders include some major global investment manager firms

· 14.4% of shares held by Venture Capital and Private Equity firms

· BVS work with some very large multi-national financial organisations

· BVS play in the space of blockchain infrastructure – this will be huge when we undergo the massive digital transformation that is headed our way (it’s coming soon)

· Leadership team have some impressive profiles (experience in finance/technology)

· Short positions just under 1.5% - nothing to worry about here

· take up rate of approximately 85% with institutions

I honestly feel for shareholders that have been sucked down into the declining share price vortex, and equally sorry for those that have chosen to sell at a huge loss.
