Yes, shareholders always complain, but some complaints are warranted. Real example:
- 20 December 2022 - open is $10.60 and close is $10.32. WHC buy back 1,087,804 shares.
- 7 March 2023 - open is $7.20 and close is $7.31. WHC buy back 572,502 shares.
