malvernmoe is not my mate. I do not know him although I agree substantially with his views. I only jumped in on the 10m shares issue as I investigated his views this afternoon by looking at the past announcements and found he was correct.

I also wanted to know for my own information.

If you believe I am incorrect you will be unable to prove it because I actually reviewed the base information, which is available to everyone.

The 2022 Annual Report does not disclose a $2.3m loan. It treats the shares as options. Just read it.

There are 3 posters I have read of late who have called out what is happening in FEX. The FN deal I have reviewed in detail also. I have posted comments on this. The deal is a dud for shareholders and much of the cost of this deal is also off-balance sheet.

Neither do I have any respect for personal attacks when I am posting information for the benefit of all shareholders. Many don't have the time or take the time to investigate matters and there are so many incorrect statements made on HC.
