Excellent posts YT and Hotrock.
Have been struggling to understand why CTP has been dumped so much of late and YT crystalised the issue of the j/v games. Not sure about the farm in possibilities, especially Advent as believe they have enough on their plate with PEP 11 (close to my heart) and a few other permits.
Their real estate plus cash is very compelling - participated in the SSP and will look closely at some more.
