There is clearly a stand off between Capital D and WFL about the capital raising terms with Capital D effectively wanting an almost complete control of the company via a massively diluted placement. As of tomorrow most likely WFL enters administration as it must have racked up over $1m in debt by now unless Capital D throws so money at it with all the strings attached to destroy what little amount of equity left.
It's a masterpiece of shareholder value destruction by the Olympic team. No business plan, not financial plan, no governance and grossly over paid directors and executives.
