    Wilson, with the spike in vix overnight, the market just became a very short term game again. "Today" is just to long a time frame to trade today imho.

    If you don't have a short game, it's time to sit on the bench and keep your powder dry. Doesn't hurt to keep an eye out for long term bargins if you are on the bench but keep the bargain buys small as they could bite hard.
