I'm overseas again with limited coverage, but an observation I am not sure has been mentioned before.
I track QPM on other media, I note there has been an escalation of QPM updates in French language.
We all know the New Caledonia connection, I speculate that as we get closer to FID some of the French companies with vested interest might stump up as part of the equity raise. I worked for a French Bank (overseas for 4 years), I know although they speak English, the French very much liked to talk and be presented in their mother tongue.
