Indeed, I hope ASM is part of the RE cooperation chain, (being one of the "metal factories in Chungcheongbuk-do" mentioned in the article) but it doesn't sound right for the local government to support setting up another joint venture to import oxide (and potentially another metal factory) after they "agree to provide administrative assistance " to ASM.

M8 - we need oxides not raw ores - someone has to supply them to us if until we are producing our own from Dubbo.
