    be careful , some of the BS the brokers mention on the viability of a placement I would treat with a grain of salt .
    Most brokers are shonky and are ignorant about the projects they are promoting
    Now I would only buy into a placement that has no escrow period , a company that has a very viable project , and great management and then sell most of the position on market and keep a small free carried position otherwise you end up carrying the baby .
