If you assume that coal stays roughly where it now is and call that half what they were getting for June thru to December then they should easily pay another dividend of a minimum of 35 cents for the next one (I think it will be higher) however if that’s the case and the full year was 70 cents FF this stock is selling on a yield of 11%. It can’t stay at these prices IMO. I would expect it to very quickly put the dividend back on after going x.
