Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Stirling Products Limited (the Company) requests atrading halt on its securities, effective immediately.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a joint manufacturing and marketing initiative with regard to a range of some of the
Companys botanical products.
The Company requests the trading halt from the receipt of this request until the release of the announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on Tuesday 11 May 2010. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
