    Occam's razor, I agree.

    The simplest explanation is that ASIC had no evidence to support ASX view to suspend against their legal authority. The most likely scenario is that this is a stitch up from the beginning.

    JK did nothing to affect the value of the shares. The value was affected by the actions of ASIC and the ASX.
