22 was their biggest year..

but no funding for this penny…

I believe the issue is that funding first needs to be spent on managing the energy crisis in Southern Africa as well as drought (water issues) oh and there’s also that other issue being the war in Ukraine… after the biggest year in 2022 wouldn’t the residents of the US who have high inflation issues themselves want to see investment spent in their own back yard? Also another issue that could divert expenditure is the earthquake in Turkey and Syria..

Why would the US invest in this penny when this penny had operations in Australia where it’s own government didn’t invest despite like all countries needing green energy solutions?

the actual DFC funding they are seeking is for $50m or less right? Well this company got $20 plus million in their last CR.. why wouldn’t they just seek out other investment to make up the short fall instead of waiting years for dfc funding chewing up the raised funds in wages etc.. but then with inflation etc that cr won’t last two years.. anyway land of pennies where dreams almost never become a reality..

The reality is they’ll need to raise potentially $250 m without the dfc and on top of that they’ll need working capital and that in my opinion can only lead to two things.. massive debt and massive dilution and consolidation.. by the time this gets traction an energy alternative to lithium will be found and this will be obsolete.
