First saw this on the bird and you can tell its biased due to GLN highlight (and manipulated) as the second best only to find its posted by a GLN holder.
Data is largely incorrect as pointed out by many replies on the bird.
There are only two proven producers on that chart one produces mostly technical grade the other 99.97% BG and one of those is due for a resource upgrade.
Anyone can buy a tenement over a resource and produce a PFS but few can build a business with customer certification.
