Thank you for this. Anecdotally it just feels to me progress really isn't closer to producing a physical product (which is ultimately what matters) than it was 4 years ago where the whole buzz was lit up.

Sure lots of studies, reports and movements have been sighted but these have just become white noise. Nothing has actually started being built let alone resources even harvested.

Value price is dropping now to 2019 values and I expect they will drop further. Somewhat expected due to the current economic climate but it was dropping well before the current fallout. The only thing that's going to lift this is a physical reality not more studies and further hires.
