maybe but he was all theory and no practice. He couldn't apply any ideas into the real world (successfully).
I liken him to fresh MBA grads, full of ideas out of text books that have worked for some organisations but clearly no idea how to implement in his own 'organisation' because he just doesn't understand it - and possibly never will - maybe he thinks it's not neccessary as he has higher aspirations than being PM.
