Hi Albite.
you need to look at WKT's petrography results, you will see there is a significant variance across the orebody, the best lab scales results (FRESH) WKT has provide can from a low grade -10% TGC, as you would know the lower grade mineralisation is being stockpiled, WKT isn't intending to process this. The higher grade TGC fresh sample resulted in smaller flake size.
Anyway, it will be interesting to see if the lab scale tests can be replicated in real life mining, we all know SYR failed to live up to its lab scale results.
Did you even know WKT' petrography results have a smaller flake size (institute) compared to SYR?
Yes SYR's flake sizes according to their petrography results were up to 4mm in length, where WKT were up to 1mm.
The lack of bulk sampling by WKT on the fresh mineralisation, which makes up the majority of the orebody is one reason I have steered well clear of investing in WKT, the other major red flag is the selective mining method, which hasn't been proven for a graphite mine.
BTW did you know Allan Mulligan was the expert used in WKT DFS, I believe his expertise was involved with the selective mining, As you know he is no longer part of the board and he was removed from his COO role, Do you know if he is still a shareholder in WKT's T40 list?
