Few possibilities
1. Heavily discounted raise (3c to 5c) for $5m to $10m to keep the lights on and prevent going into VA
2. Can't raise anything, go into VA and never trade again
3. Project equity sold for a very cheap price to JV partner along with a equity component
4. Barry locks in a finance deal (least likely possibility)
Option 1 and Option 2 will be the most likely outcome. Best outcome will be SP tank 50% to 70% from 11c. Worst outcome share doesn't trade again and a total write off for everyone.
