The picture looks like Trump's COVID mix for plebs. He didn't take it himself of course.
It maybe wishful thinking but there is long term hope that regions like the Stans could increase the co-joining of China and the EU and that a less paranoid China may substitute collaborative models in the place of competitive and conflictive approaches.
The US is as split as China if not more so. The challenge here is to encourage a shift in the far right narrative to the centre right somehow. I'm not sure if this is achievable in the medium term because US fascism will feed off upcoming bad economic conditions and irrational paranoia.
On NATO these days...... I expect it will disappear when or if moderates run the Russian Presidency and Duma for a decade or two.
