If they don't pick up a reasonable amount by close on 16th i'm not so sure they will extend.
I agree re not telling them anything on the phone as they will use it against us.
However, a lot of feedback has been simply they will not sell (from what has been posted on HC)
If no one is taking up the offer now, dividend gone, and the drilling is starting it's hard to see many people taking what would seem a backwards step and accepting now or in the future.

I think the little they have picked up from the third extension is from holders selling into the market and then others buying to make a little on the difference between MIN & NWE.
It would be interesting to see how many acceptances in total was from pre takeover shareholders and from people who bought on market and onsold to NWE.
