Had a quick read on the Retts forum and the trial participants have started to share the experience now that the drug is approved. Diarrhoea is an issue for some patients BUT the patients are mostly happy to accept this side effect given the improvements are quite significant in their eyes. This is not a cure but the improvements are life changing for their parents. And for the same reason, FDA has approved the drug
