It seems like a smart, albeit small, purchase. Paying less than cash at bank i think shows Affinia was no doubt unprofitable. Countplus I assume believe they can make it profitable leveraging their exisiting resources and scale - like they did with the Count purchase from CBA.
When you compare this business PE with Kelly & Partners it seems cheap, probably why directors are buying.
