I think you may be starting from a different point than I do @Archbaldheeren
You have treated the terms licensing and royalties as interchangeable, whereas they are two different things. I believe the adoption of WBT's ReRAM will involve an initial licence fee followed by royalties per product. There may also be NRE fees if the customer requires WBT to adapt the ReRAM configuration to suit the customer's requirement.
Further, when Coby talked about the market size I seem to recall that the figures quoted are for the total market revenue. Therefore it could be well understating WBT's potential income by taking only 1.5% of it. If you start with $1B and say that WBT will capture 30% you get $300M.
