I am not going to going into the pros a cons of the tax system, however, some logic....
"Handouts" to the rich will not discourage them from working or providing jobs for others....
Handouts to anyone, regardless of colour or race, most definitely will create laziness....
I call the social security system the social insecurity system...
The amount of people on the dole that I have met over the last 40 years, who don't want to get work because they will lose the dole payment is unbelievable...how retarded is that.....
