Have I got this wrong, even though it’s a “$10” saving, it’s only actually a $6 saving because we already were joint-ventured in for 50%?

Have I also got this wrong, but hauling an implied rate of 1.3Mtpa, it would equate to a roughly implied saving of just under $8mil per annum via the new acquisition?

And have I also got this wrong, with approximately over 4 years remaining on LOM, would there be a total saving of between $32-35mil over this span from this new acquisition?

So, unless I’m wrong, the new acquisition is going to cost us (not taking into consideration an adjusted EPS) $7.5mil and very conservatively another $22.5mil in equity.

Which would essentially mean we’d be around $2-5mil ahead at the conclusion of the operation or alternatively, a 10% or so in totality return on a $30mil investment. ING is currently providing 4.8% per Ann interest, which again, very conservatively, compounded yearly would work out to be around TWICE as much more!

Yeah…John Wellborn is definitely a very savvy investor…and someone queue up Borat! Ha!
