    We're not flogging a dead horse. Sometime in the future, Australia must face the hard decision, when do we go nuclear?I think it's a matter of when not if. Renewables can never supply our electricity needs on their own, anyone who can do maths can see that. So as the pressure of sliding prosperity and relatively high carbon emissions mounts, eventually at some point the general populace will ask "What the f... happened? How did our standard of living slip and why do we still have high emissions? Albo and his mates will be under the spotlight, particularly after Liddell shuts down in April and NSW is on the brink of blackouts. Less than 50% of Australians voted for labour at the last election, if that percentage slips much more than they maybe lucky to hold government, the problem is the alternative ready? Big if!
