Article in the AFR today stating Potentia getting ready in days and weeks ahead to make another offer. Article states retail shareholders will be squeezed out at the expense of institutional shareholders as they want a deal done, but TYR has a long tail of retail shareholders which can disrupt it.
Sounds like it will be around the 1.70s mark.
