Firstly the anouncement says the trading halt relates to the drug ATC not the company AVX, however,

If ATC is now a proven drug only awaitng a buyer dosn't it make sense that the company downsizes unless they have ongoing work for the employees.

It dosn't devalue ATC it conserves cash and conserves shareholder value by reducing costs.

I got stopped out at 14c but watching closely
