It would certainly be good to get this Funding delay over with;
As to pulling fingers out ? Anybody fool can raise finance when the Banks are giving it away; it is a tad harder when your Government is Bankrupt ! In the General Scheme of things would you now have preferred to have held shares in Peek, Greenland, Rainbow or Mkango ?
