Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-10

I realise this has been discussed ad nauseam, but I am still trying to get a grasp on the potential for delisting and implications on share price for remaining holders.

Q - can MIN have NWE delisted at 75%
Q - in all likelihood, how could remaining holders realistically prevent this? What steps would need to be taken?
Q - What would the potential impact to NWE SP be if delisting was to occur?
Q - How could remaining holders trade shares at that point and would the only likely purchaser be MIN? Could they drive the price lower?

To me, this is the biggest uncertainty on how things may play out if this eventuates.

Does anyone have any previous experience, knowledge and guidance to share please?
