There's been quite wide range of speculation concerning Monday's announcement, in particular negative ones as invoked by the prospect of redundancies. But there was a post in this thread that I though made some sense, where if a big pharma was in fact buying out Avexa in some form, or perhaps purchasing the atc drug itself which is nearing market readiness, it would make sense that Avexa's staff or management were to be moved on and replaced with the big pharma's.

Assuming this is hypothetically on the right track (and maybe something positive for us to put our minds to), firstly, what would be the implications for the share price and company overall if a big pharma was altering the management of Avexa somehow? The factor that would need to be considered would obviously be that it would need to be a decision being put into effect that didn't require shareholder approval.
