You of all people should know I don't defend companies, if anything, I'm known for attacking companies on HC. Wouldn't you agree?

I don't have any direct evidence that HNR personnel or the BOD read these threads.

Here's what I do know.

1. Years ago, when I first joined HC, I was in a forum where an HC admin posted a warning to members on the threads to stop their defamatory remakes as HC had received a complaint from the company. The company went under years ago and the Directors of the company are being investigated by ASIC & have been charged. To this day, comments still get moderated on that thread.

2. I've noticed many articles revolving around ASX-listed companies wanting to take HC to court to disclose the real names of HC posters who downramp on the company threads.

3. I've witnessed too many coincidences over the years.

Does management read the threads directly? I don't know. But I assume someone associated with the company (wife, daughter, son of Directors or a relative of someone who works at the company) may perhaps read the threads & send word back to management.

I have heard from a few officials of companies (mostly start ups) that the Company Secretary is exoected to be across issues affecting the Company on HC.......... and then deciding what to do about the information.
