You have just given then 160 million options @2.5c Plus a general security over the assets plus a $50 K fee plus an undisclosed fee to the broker plus 10% over the 3 years or $500K per year plus a 5% early repayment fee.
My 20 year old daughter could not have done worse...
This looks like a disincentive to VEN to come buy it.
