    There has been no end of conjecture about this cash.

    (1) Further CAPEX?
    (2) A small divvie? ( Baahaahaha, doubt management will ever do anything positive for the retail shareholder.)

    (3) Investment into another high return company? ( More like bailing out one of the firm's other dogs, more like it.)

    (4) Share buyback? ( Refer to point 2)

    (5)Sit on it and let inflation eat it all up, but happily take plenty out to remunerate themselves for a job hardly done? Sounds about right.

    (6) Wake up one morning after an epiphany, and all of a sudden realise that they actually work for shareholders? ( Again, refer to point 2)

    Buy back the JV or OP while the SP is at near lows again? Would be nice, buuutttt...

    Do nothing. Most likely...

    Feel free to give your own views though. It would be great to have more input.
