The other option of course is for the Chinese to return ALL the iron ore we have sold to each and every Australian who is entitled to it ... with a refund cheque for around $80 billion in taxes that the Chinese have effectively paid to the Australian government in the last 10 years.
Rudd is conveniently xenophobic when it comes to profits going overseas, but he is more than happy to take foreigners money for tax revenue and infrastructure development. Where does he think the $80 billion in tax revenue has come from working families?
