You said - I liken him to fresh MBA grads, full of ideas out of text books that have worked for some organisations but clearly no idea how to implement in his own 'organisation' because he just doesn't understand it - and possibly never will - maybe he thinks it's not neccessary as he has higher aspirations than being PM. You have nailed it, exactly right. The tax on resources is a valid issue, tax reform is valid and redistribution of wealth..again valid. Anyone can say these things and be right. Not rocket science but implementation, modelling. consultation require professionalism and very deep understanding of the effect policy changes can have. His previously touted trait of bullying is also rearing it's ugly head. His arrogance is mind blowing. He wants to make enemies of miners rather than work in partnership. This was a fatal error in my eyes, our most important industry.
