State St has major holdings in Lynas. they have since they were responsible for selling all the MT K stock. they loan a lot of this stock to shorters and other banks We have watched for several years as they fall below 5% or rise above it. This is a nonevent and should be ignored by every day stock holders. They became a major stock holder only 2 trading days ago.
