If you paid 6.5c, you'd hope that everyone got the same price. No preferential treatment. So I'd assume everyone paid the 6.5c
True some may reneg, but at that end of the market of investors, you would hope not. I'm pretty sure you'd get blacklisted. I know I would never offer anyone a placement again if they reneged on me.
I guess better to wait and see the 3b to be 100% definative, but im not concerned.
