There are no qualified people on the board who understand the business that AXE is engaged in and who can question Mo and direct him and others in management.
AXE changed its business but didn’t change its board. And they haven’t even bothered to seek advisers and establish an advisory board of appropriately qualified people to advise the under qualified board.

AXE is a business, owned by shareholders. It’s not Mo’s 20 year play thing that supports the board and the boards lifestyle.
If AXE can’t attract qualified board members, then that is a worry.
