I would have said" accelerate" in this case means "force"... Is this the case?

Does this mean that BMCG don't really like being the standby and negotiating agreements that may not happen, so they are retaining the right to be able to force a partial use of the facility.?

I note the big suck up to BMCG at the end of the announcement.

Subscription Shares is thus entirely within the Company’s control, as the Company has complete discretion as to elect whether to draw down on the Commitment. For clarity, if the Investor initiates the Committed Investment under the Commitment, the Company will not be required to issue the Tranche A Initial Subscription Shares.

the way I understand it is if the investor accelerates the $2.1m then they forego their subscription shares.
